Needing help with a car insurance claim due to a car accident I am fighting at the moment.
On a double lane roundabout, I was just about to turn left when a light truck collided with my bull bar and corner of my car. My dash cam shows him entering the roundabout roughly 1.5m in front of me and then crossing the painted line at the entrance of roundabout and colliding with me on my corner of my car with the tray just behind the cab of his truck.
My car is a 4x4 wagon and his being a light truck roughly 6m long. Who is at fault under Traffic Law because his insurer Is ruling me at fault.
Please help.
