hello, I purchased eight dining room chairs from a retailer called Custom Sofa Centre in April 2021. When the chairs were delivered there were three with defects, which they replaced some 12 weeks later. Unfortunately, two out of the three were no better than the ones i am seeking a replacement for. The two chairs have been attempted to be replaced a further two times, the last being today. 12 months on, I have still not gotten what I paid for. Can I request a complete refund now as I am exhausted in dealing with this company.
