NSW Can I record conversations between my strata manager?

I've been catching my strata manager telling quite a few lies regarding the operation and financials of my strata scheme.

These are mostly through conversations in person or over the phone, and there's no way I can prove to my fellow owners that she is a liar.

Can I secretly record our future conversations regarding the strata scheme in person, over the phone, and zoom meetings, and play it back or send a copy to the other owners?

Can I also play it back or send a copy to owners of other strata schemes that she manages?
