NSW Can I File for Divorce While Case is Still Ongoing?

Hi,

Is it possible to file for a divorce while the property settlement and parenting court case is still on-going, assuming all other criteria for filing a divorce is satisfied? e.g. 2 years separation etc.

It's one year of separation, and yes. Divorce is a separate matter to property and parenting proceedings, so you can file for divorce without it impacting the property and parenting matters.
