My dad's estate would have been very large and he had a will left equal to my brother and myself. Due to a court issue he lost, my dad then changed his will and had a vendetor against me. He has worked very hard to sell everything, multiple properties, as he knew he was going to die? Do i have any claim if he hass done that? I can show how he has quickly sold everything and prior to the court case his intent was to include me. Bencause i this i also miss out on things from my moter as in money and also household items. Can i get any of these? Seems unfair if i can't contest just because she sold as still part of estate. what can i do?

Unlikely.

It may be unfair, but I can't see a legal reason you available to you.

Unlikely. The only thing you can do is get legal advice where you give much more detail, including about the previous court case.
