I have been receiving no income and surviving on my tax return, which has nearly ran out. Me and my gf are financially separated, go halves in everything. My gf does not make enough in order to cover my half for everything.
Reading articles on accessing superannuation early, all indicate that you must be receiving centrelink. Aren't I considered worse off if I don't?
If Centrelink can't acknowledge that it is not my gf's responsibility to treat me as though I'm a dependent, can I somehow convince my superannuation fund that this is the case?
