NSW Can Boss Download Audio from CCTV Workplace Surveillance?

Is it legal for my boss to download an audio file from a CCTV camera and listen to our conversations?

Depends on the circumstances. Where was the camera? Are notices out up saying the area is under surveillance? Have employees been notified about surveillance?

Most cameras do not have microphones, what makes you think there is an audio recording?
