My next door neighbour is currently in the process of constructing a new house. The problem is that they’re planning to build a garage on the boundary of our lands. The proposed garage will block all of our sunlight, particularly in the living domain, which includes a long dining room window, and a kitchen door.
From the wall to the boundary, it is 2.5 metres. The front street adjacent fence is 8.5 metres. After the neighbour builds the garage, it will be 6.5 metres in length and 2.7 metres tall.
