My son breach his DVO for the 3 time in the last 3 years yesterday and we are looking for what possible outcome he will be faced with. He breached both the first two for arguing with his partner where the court fined him twice $250 and $750 totalling $1000. This time he was in breach cause he went to visit his children and she called Police and he was in breach cause he is not supposed to be 100metres from her property and must have written consent. He was arrested and charged and has to report to local police station every Wednesday till his hearing next month. At no time did my son use Violence. What can we expect.
