Last week, I wrote an email to my boss complaining to my boss about how a colleague (who reports to the same boss) had not done their job properly and affected my work. My boss has now forwarded that email (without my knowledge) to the colleague I complained about to get their view.
Is this OK under Employment Law? It will now create a very awkward situation between the colleague and myself and invite recrimination the way I see it.
