Hello my partner and myself live at my mother's house but we live in the garage on her premises we both pay $200 per fortnight that's $400 per fortnigh that my mum receives there has never been any written agreement of any sort given to us by mother . And now because she doesn't like my partner she is kicking us out what rites do my partner and myself have especially when there has never been any reantal agreement written or given to us and nothing ever signed we aren't even allowed to use the shower or toilet or the washing machine which just so happens to be my washing machine
