G'day, I've been away for a few months and returned to find my bank has been sending default notices on a personal loan to my residential address rather than my postal address (a PO box).
They had previously sent mail on other matters to the PO box, I can't understand why they would switch to residential for these notices or not send to both addresses.
Is there anything in the privacy laws that covers the most appropriate address to use?
Thanks
