ACT Australian Consumer Law - Can I Claim Money Back?

I bought a bunch of vitamin supplements at Chemist Warehouse Fyshwick yesterday. Didn't check the receipt at the register and just found that one of them was scanned twice.

Do I have any rights to claim the overcharged money back under Australian Consumer Law?
