Hi,
I'm currently negotiating the sale of a tiny house - it's a private sale between two individuals.
Given the purchase price (>$100k) and that the tiny house will be transported interstate and that there will be a series of payment instalments, I am looking to put together a simple agreement ensure that myself and the buyer are on the same page.
I've previously used an asset sale agreement for ABN-to-ABN sales, so would the same type of document be applicable here?
Does anyone have any recommendations on who could draw something up? I'm tempted to put it into chatgpt and then have a lawyer review it to save costs.
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks,
Deacon Blue
