I have been advised that in SA a Water Licence (to trade Irrigation water) 'owned' in 4 names is held by the 'tenants by entirety'. My question is this ownership structure the same as joint tenants? and can say 2 of the owners force the trade/selling the allocation of water if the other 2 owners don't wish to?
