One of the existing Consent Orders we have is that our house is to continue to be owned by both of us.

By mutual consent we have agreed that I will now buy my wife's share of the house.

We would like to get the Consent Orders changed to reflect this.

My question is 'How do we go about it?'

Thanks.

This is a fairly simple process. All you have to do is file the new proposed consent orders with the court, signed by both parties. The form is on the family court website.

Thank you.
I'm assuming you just mean a 'new proposed Consent Order' without having to provide all the previously supplied financial info to the Court that was required for the original Consent Order (as long as I provide a certified copy of the original Consent Order it seems).
Is that how you understand the requirements?
