I had consent orders signed off in late 2016. Our kids spend their time predominantly with me and see their mother every second weekend + half share of school holidays.

In the orders, it was included that I provide 100% transportation to and from their mother's residence. I agreed to this at the time as a) ex-wife doesn't have a car license and b) if it meant getting the deal done quickly all the better.

2 years onwards and nothing has changed. I drive an extra 100km per week to enable the kids to spend time with mum and I'm feeling that this was a raw deal. We've tried mediation twice now to get her to meet me halfway somehow to take the load of my family but she hasn't agreed to anything practical.

What is the road forward? How do I go about getting the existing orders amended so that she either a) does half of the travel to collect or drop off or failing that b) has the weekend visits reduced to 1 per month (an unfavourable option but I'm getting desperate.

Any ideas or help welcome. Thanks!

Nope - you've got nothing... To get back into court you need to establish a significant change in circumstance... Nope, no luck there.

Plan B - bad idea. Stop following the orders. She will then need to apply for a contravention hearing and at that point in time you could ask for orders to be changed, but this is a very bad idea...
