I am coming up to a final hearing trial in just over a months time. I was in court for a final hearing december 2021 and the outcome was interim orders agreed between all parties before the judge'. i have just recently started self representing because of the financial costs of this whole process. I have been going through the court system for 4 years aswell as havent seen my child for the same. my question is have already filed my amended final orders which is basically the same as my first initial orders sought. do i basically copy my initial affidavit too and add on from the last time i was in court or do i just start from the last time i was in court. i am a bit confused on how the trial is setup as in because i have had a trial before does everything pick up from there or start fresh like nothing happened before.
