I put on offer on a block of land, that offer got accepted. I told the real estate we were only purchasing the land right now, as we were planning to build in a few months time. I was then told the contracts would be drawn up by the end of the month. Our mortgage broker has now advised us it would be more beneficial to do house and land, instead of just land.
do I need to call the real estate and ask for the contract to be changed to include a build as well, or do I need to go and see a solicitor now even though the contracts potentially haven't been written up yet?
