I have been a victim of bullying & racial vilification at work and it caused me to have a "Major Depression & Anxiety" and also caused to terminate my employment by my employer. I have not been back to the workforce for nearly four years now since the incident happened in 2013.
Currently, I am still under the care of my GP and am still taking medication for depression and anxiety. I am not sure if I am entitled to claim from my Superannuation Fund "for loss of income due to illness" because it doesn't appear on my superannuation statement that insurance is included.
Please enlighten me with this question.
